Hi, I can report a similar "problem". My explorer hangs for a few
seconds as well everytime several icons change at the same time (e.g
after updates).
As well when I open an explorer window and click through the tree. As
soon as I reach the directory where my repository is in, the whole
desktop freezes for a few seconds till I can work again. First the
directory-icon appears and about 2 seconds later the repository-state icon.

I can live with it, so I never wrote about it. But I can imagine that on
slower PCs this could drive me crazy as well.

Greetings,
Raffael
