I think bandwidth is not an issue here. 10kBytes is not much.

Ok, I've got it to work. But now you can't browse folders anymore in the
webbrowser since TSVN is started with the repobrowser.

I was thinking more of having e.g. a tortoise icon on the right side of
the folders. Something like this:

[] dir1 [tt]
[] dir2 [tt]
    file3

where [] is the normal dir icon, and [tt] would be another icon
indicating that a click on it will open TSVN.

I'm forwarding this to the mailing list so others can help out.
