But the bug - as I'd like to call it - occurs for a numbered range. Sorry
for being so persistent, but since I haven't seen a "fixed in" line in this
mail I repeat the reproduction recipe:

You scoundrel! You have written self healing software! I swear that I could
reproduce the bug everytime yesterday! The progress bar was just flickering
without showing progress when the range 8000-HEAD (ascending) was selected.

That's why I have suggested the prev/next buttons ;)
