Bug: Commits by date graph not shown correctly after sorting log messages

From: Sven Brueggemann <SBrueggemann_at_gmx.net>

Hello,

the commits by date graph only works correctly when the log
messages are sorted by descending revision number. Other sort
orders lead to really weird graphs.

To reproduce: show log of TSVN repository, click on any column
header (e.g. "Message"), select "Statistics", "Commits by date".

In this case, the graph is obviously broken. In other cases, it's
misleading: I must have clicked the "Date" column header without
knowing and received a graphic showing "Q 1/07" on the *left* and
"Q 4/04" on the *right* side of the graph (1). For two quarters, the
graph didn't show any commits at all (2).

(1) reminded me of the thread "Wrong information in "Commits by date"
statistics view" and (2) of a date calculation bug about a year ago,
so I spent two hours trying to produce a recipe...

TSVN 1.4.1, W32.

I really appreciate your work.

Kind regards

Sven
