TortoiseSVN Updates (was: TortoiseSVN Auto-update?)

By the way, I had some minor issues with the updates

1) The language setting is always reset to ENGLISH after an update has been
installed, which is annoying.

2) The language setting for TortoiseMerge seems to be stored separately from
TortoiseSVN. Therefore after every update you have to change the language
setting not only once, but twice.

3) The setup doesn't remember the path from the last installation. It always
comes up with the default path. As an example, the Subversion Setup does
remember the path.

Everything probably not a big deal, but it would be great if these issues
could be fixed. What do you think?
