That would be good to fix indeed :-)

I'm in favour of a consistent naming, but I think we often used the short
"Subversion book" in a phrase to make it easier to read.
I'd strip it down to two instead of four:
1) "Subversion book" when it's a link inside a phrase like: "Check for
further information in Chapter 5 of the 'Subversion book'", which should be
easy to read.
2) "Version control with Subversion" when we introduce the book and when we
reference the book in its entirety.
