[TSVN] Menu consistency for create branch/tag vs Create tag

Hi Stefan

Invoke the Log view for a WC
Right click on a log message.
One of the menu options is "Create tag from revision"
On selection the resulting dialog appears to be the same as when the
user right clicks on a WC and invokes the "Branch/tag..." menu.

If this is the case it would be better (for consistency sake) to make
them both mention Branch/tag?
