"Ignore" comes twice when installing

Hi,

I frequently download the nightly builds and install them. Everytime a
install TortoiseSVN while other applications are running I get the
step "Some files that need to be updated are currently in use" "Exit,
Ignore, Retry". Pressing "Ignore" lets the installer work for a few seconds
and then the same dialog reappears. Pressing "Ignore" again actually lets
the installer continue. Is this a bug or are the two dialogs actually
different?

I know this is not the prefered way of installing TortoiseSVN but it works
for me. Any chance that ignoring is only needed to be confirmed once?

Tobias
