TortoiseSVN: optimization

Hi

One thing should probably be corrected in TortoiseSVN.
When I get an error when I'm commiting, the hew line "\n" get's ignored and I have to make a "\n\r" to get a new line.
Could you add an option to TortoiseSVN so you can set to treat "\n" as an acctual new line.

If I white my error logs in pre-commit with "\n\r" I get an extra empty line in RapidSVN in Linux.
RapidSVN in Windows also treats "\n" as an acctual new line.

Thank you for making such a great SVN client

Domen
