Bug in dragging top splitter in Log window, XP

In TortoiseSVN 1.4.1 build 7992, 32 bit; Windows XP

If I drag the top splitter in the Log Messages window (between the list of checkins and the detailed message) I sometimes get the top two sections disappearing completely, replaced with a white area. All that is visible is the search magnifying glass. If you click in the area you can see other stuff being painted like the date numbers and the headers for the list control.

I've tried reproducing this now without luck. It might be related to having a duff value for the splitter position, and having successfully dragged this splitter now, it won't do it again...
