"Missing" properties when using tortoisesvn and the Eclipse Subversion plugin

Hello,

When I set properties via the Subversion Eclipse plugin, do a commit, do a check-out on a different machine via tortoisesvn, then the properties are not shown via tortoisesvn. Is this a know issue?
