It's both :)
The dialog which comes up shows all unversioned files, and all
unversioned and ignored files/folders. There you can then select which
ones to actually remove.
So it's not that important because the dialog will show the items first
before you can remove them.

One is for the dialog title (capitalized), the other for the menu entry.
