localisation.

Another question - in The Netherlands, when you look at the properties of an
executable - is it all in English?

This information is in the Version section of the resource file, which
includes, along with the file and product version, things like:
- Comments
- FileDescription
- LegalCopyright
- LegalTrademarks

Whereas the company's name that "owns" the product might not be translated,
would the word "Copyright", for example, be translated to Dutch?
