Thanks for the report.
Unfortunately, you can't add comments to the issue anymore once the
issue is closed.
I know, some issue trackers allow this, and the proper way would be not
to close an issue until it is confirmed to be solved. But that's the
ideal way and just doesn't work for this project (or any other open
source project): the one who filed the issue usually just files the
issue and goes away. He doesn't monitor the issue anymore or would even
test it later and confirm that it can be closed, which would lead to all
issues staying open forever.
