Custom menu commands (comeback !)

Hi,

I think that it would be very useful to have the possibility to customize the tortoiseSVN context menu.
I've found this old thread (2003) in the mailing list describing exactly my need:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=dev&msgNo=2039

In the answer, SteveKing was requesting some examples. So here are mines:

- Branching or tagging a project (directory containing trunk/branches/tags for our use of subversion) giving only the name of the branch/tag and not having to wonder what is the complete path.

- Copying a file in a particular tag name with the same relative path, for instance:
I would call the menu "tag as official" and it would copy
//repos/project/trunk/dir/file.doc to //repos/project/tags/official//dir/files.doc
This would be very practical for user who don't care with the repository structure (Users using subversion to store documents without any branch management).

- Applying predefined (by the hooks policy for instance) meta-data
"Define author"
"Define ..."

I think there are many examples, this would be very useful to help users follow the entreprise subversion usage policy and would allow to simplify even more the use of subversion (and tortoise)
