Commit Results Dialog UI Suggestion

Hi,

I have a UI suggestion for the Commit Results dialog (as of 1.4.0
release (r7501 - 32 Bit) ).

While sending files/diffs we currently have:
        Dialog title: "TortoiseSVN Commit..."
        Status line: none

When finished sending files/diffs, regardless of result:
        Dialog title: "TortoiseSVN Commit... Finished"
        Status line: "Added: 10 Modified: 3" (e.g.)

I suggest that if the commit fails for some reason[1] the behaviour
should be changed to:
        Dialog title: "TortoiseSVN Commit... Failed!"
        Status line: none
