Merge progress dialog

Hi folks,

Some of the progress dialogs, eg. commit, update, finish with a summary
line like:
Finished Updated to: r7543
which is a useful visual indicator that the operation has finished.

In the merge progress dialog there is no such line, and I sometimes find
myself waiting for an operation which has already finished. I know the
OK button is enabled and the title bar says Finished! so maybe it is
just me being unobservant. I just get used to seeing it in Update.

This is not present in revert and add, but as they are fast local
operations I never noticed before.

It would be more consistent if all dialogs had that line. As there is no
revision number to display it could just say:

Finished Merge complete/Add complete/Revert complete

or maybe simply

Finished

Simon
