Minor enhancement request: Could not add x to the ignore list

Hi,

Today I've faced my first "could not add x to the ignore list"
message. And I got worried.

It wasn't obvious for me why this message was shown, and for a couple
of minutes I thought something was broken in my WC. Then I learn that
the file was placed in a non-svn-versioned folder.

I can't imagine any other reason for the operation to fail (apart from
a broken WC) so I suggest to include a second sentence in the message
like "The folder %s is not versioned" if that is the reason for the
message, or to modify the current message so it reads "could not add x
to the ignore list. Maybe the folder is not versioned?".
