Ok, I understand now. The third image would be the diff-pic, and it
doesn't have to be shown side-by-side for sure.

Maybe no overlap-view like it is now. Just overlay it on both images.

I have a laptop with a resolution of 1920x1200, I think that's as big as
it gets these days. And I don't like it that way :)
