about SVN

Hello, Tortoise SVN Developer Team!

Our company started using SVN. But the main problem is that our project includes Oracle database and PL/SQL scripts. To keep this script in repository we need to export PL/SQL before update, and import it before or after commit. This are a lot of actions to do, so often we forget to do something.
Our idea is to associate some executable file (actually, which performs PL/SQL code import and export) with Tortoise SVN update and commit actions.

How can we do that or is there any other possibilities?
