Bug Repo browser

Hi There

I think there is a bug in 1.4 that did not exist in 1.3. If you attempt to use
the repo browser on a repository with spaces in it, then you get an error
similar to the following:

'svn://reposerver/c and r' is not the same repository as 'svn://reposerver/c%
20and%20r'

Accessing the same repository in 1.3 works OK.
