SV: Setting properties on multiple files at once

I'm also running 1.4.0, and I can set properties of multiple files. Can
you describe in detail what you are doing, what happens and what you
expect to happen?

Why not use auto-props? TSVN supports the same auto-props settings as
the regular SVN command line client. Search the Subversion documentation
on how to configure auto-props, and if you don't get it to work, ask on
the users list.
