Minor feature request: move "Get Lock..." up in context menu for file with needs-lock

Hi,

It would be useful if "Get Lock..." was one of the commands in the top
level of the explorer context menu for files with needs-lock for which a
lock was not yet acquired.

I'd say "Get Lock..." is the most used function on a file like this and
it would save time if it wasn't in a sub menu.

What do you think?
