Non-local lock info

Hello,

I'm testing Subversion file-lock capabilities and found out that
TortoiseSVN does not update lock owner information when doing "SVN
update...". I can only see lock owner's information if I locally locked a
file, but not if it was locked from another workstation. However, I can
see lock owner name and lock message in "Check for modifications" list
after selecting "Check repository" button. I guess that lock information
should be fetched along with a repository update - or is there something
wrong with my TSVN version (1.3.5, Build 6804) ?
I also filed a comment in your issue tracker to issue #56 (could not add
a new one ;).

Best regards,
Tomasz Poradowski
