How to turn on SSPI authentication in TSVN?

Hi there!

I have no troubles using command line SVN client with SSPI, but how
can I enable TortoiseSVN do the same?

I've read through archives and found some discussions of SSPI bugs
before Neon 0.25.5 with relevant fixes was out. Is there any current
list of reasons to keep SSPI turned off in TSVN?
