It could be made possible. But I don't think we should go down that
road. Once we implement non-UI stuff for TortoiseProc, we will soon end
up implementing the whole svn command line client too. And I don't see a
reason why we should do that: the command line client already does this.

For scripting, I really suggest using the command line client.
