Checkout dialog on Vista

I'm running TortoiseSVN RC1 on Windows Vista with Aero and I noticed the
dialog does not redraw itself correctly when resized. Most of the dialog
looks good on resizing, but fragments of the window border are over the OK
and Cancel buttons if the dialog is resized while items are being added to
the list. The dialog cleans up nicely if I drag the dialog off screen
(leaving only the title bar visible) and move it back to its original
position.

I also notice the left/right scroll bar is locked in the leftmost position.
In older versions of TortoiseSVN I could drag the scrollbar to the right to
see the pertinent details of the path and filename with l-o-o-o-o-n-g paths.
