Ah! Ok. Now I'm following. I (personally) try to avoid working with
"rev-/path-mixed" WC:s because of the (relatively) high risk of user
error.

Since switch is an operation that is performed on a WC rather than in
the repository, you must have messed up your TSVN-WC at some point. A
freshly checked out WC cannot have any switched files/folders directly
from the start. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

PS. Your patch might well be valid nonetheless. I was just shortly
confused about switched files in general. Thanks for the pointer. :-)
