Show Unmodified files on a WC where nothing was modified causes
strange flashing on dialog.

Tested on: TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7195 - 32 Bit -RC1, 2006/08/05 14:31:55

Steps to reproduce:

1) click on a WC with no local modifications
2) select check for modifications
3) click on "show unmodified files"
4) the files are listed and then they disappear
5) scroll downwards with the scrollbar, the files are flashing on dialog

OS: Windows XP SP2
