The 'Release Candidate' link on this page points to invalid URL
http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/1.3.x/ so I figured it should be
http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/1.4.x/ and the build available
at ./win32/ is named
TortoiseSVN-1.4.0.7210-dev-win32-svn-1.4.0.msi shouldn't it be
TortoiseSVN-1.4.0.7210-RC1-win32-svn-1.4.0.msi
