Merge Dialog, use of Head as first param

Hi devs
In reference to the Merge dialog.

I'm curious about the wisdom of showing "Head" as the default selection
for the first rev of the range.
Given that we do select a range, Head..Head isn't a range just a rev.

Maybe "Rev" should be the default with "??" (selected and focused so it
auto deletes easily) should come up on entry to the dialog.

So, to help prevent the stupid mistake I made in a sleepy haze this
morning and I'm sure others have done the same, is that I merrily
accepted Head for the first rev and entered the required start rev-1 in
the box below it and spent 15 mins trying to work out what the ... is
wrong with this merge.?
I don't think this morning's effort has been my first mixup in the 700+
commits this year.

But, as always it's your choice and so, so much better that old WinCVS
to use.

Peter
