RE: 1.4.0RC1 this weekend?

Stefan,

Didn't the WC format change for 1.4? If we upgrade to the 1.4 RC build,
will it work without having Subversion 1.4 installed? Since they don't do
windows binaries until release.

I was thinking of creating the branch right *before* releasing rc1. And
then release rc1 from that branch.

I know that this will require a lot of merging, but not much more than
we already did/do for the 1.3.x branch.
