first and last time i'll ever send HTML email, but i wanted to make sure i
was clear about what i'm talking about, cuz lately the english, she is
failing me. :)

you know those "magnifier" icons that come up in the watch window in vs.net?
they usually show up at the end of the "Value" column, and allow you display
the whole value of the object you're currently watching.

i was thinking, double clicking is all good, but maybe, there should be
something a bit more intuitive, that shows the user, with a first look, to
push/ click on the filename to see the diff. personally, i didn't know about
the feature of diff on doubleclick the name until just 10 minutes ago.
serves me right for not reading the manual.

so, why not adapt that idea of "show value" to TSVN: insert an icon in the
change panel, right where the orange-half rectangle is?

change the magnifier icon to another one. The new icon will signify the
"Difference" or "comparison of the two". it may show up when the user hovers
over the file name for 500ms or it may show up. A help baloon might help,
too: "hey! click on me to show the diff between this wc and {last|base}!"

just an idea. :)
