Issue with merging changes of renamed branch in nightly build 6846

Hi,

I noticed an issue in the nightly build of 1.4 I'm using.

The issue is such:

1. Create trunk and branch 1.x
2. Make some changes in 1.x, say in r2-5
3. Rename branch 1.x to 1.x-tobemerged.
4. Use tsvn merge to merge r2-5 from 1.x-tobemerged to trunk.

You'll get an error saying that branch 1.x-tobemerged doesn't exist. I guess an
inproper usage of peg-revisions?
