Say you have already opened an editor. Such editor allows you to drag
a file from Explorer and drop into it so you can open the file that
way (even simple programs like Windows Notepad allows you to do that).
I'd like to drag a file from the list to that application.

I agree that drag-and-dropping a file from this list to the Explorer
would probably means a regular copy/move operation which may not be
the user first intention. But, I think it would useful to review some
files in their editors. Anyway, if all the files have the open option
available, this request is now a low priority one.

That's a shame; I find it quite annoying. Anyway, if that's the way
SVN works, I'll add nothing here.
