Minor cosmetic problem on x64 + remark about upcoming log formating feature

Hi,

first off, I'd like to thank you for making a 64-bit version of
tortoisesvn - it made the transition to Win64 much smoother than it
could have been. I do have one minor cosmetic niggle with the x64
edition - the dialogs aren't themed, and I'm pretty sure the x32 ones
are.
As an aside, a version or two ago, tsvn claimed that a new version was
available, but only an x32 installer was available for it - perhaps the
update check should be separate for x64 so that platform-specific fixes
don't give false reports? In fact, right now performing an update check
tells me that i have 1.3.5.6831 and that the latest version is
1.3.5.6804.

The log formatting described for 1.4.0 seems interesting; the only thing
I wonder about is why ^ was chosen for italic when Netscape/Mozilla has
been using / for that for a very long time. Yes, there's a potential
clash with pathnames, but personally I'd favor compatibility with
existing methods. Not a particularly big issue but I did want to add my
€0.02.
