That still doesn't make any sense. When using either the command line or
TSVN you have to specify target and destination. But when you don't specify
a revision on the command line it assumes to branch (copy) from the HEAD
revision. You are NOT forced to specify a revision on the command line, and
if you don't, you are defaulted to HEAD. Doing something different goes
against SVN convention. And IMHO that is bad, especially when an individual
uses both command line and TSVN because you've effectively broken
consistency.
