svn:externals and %20 in relative path

Hi,

In the Referenced Projects section of the TortoiseSvn book it says
that you can put %20 instead of spaces in both the name of the
directory/path to create and the URL to the repository. Using the
TortoiseSvn version listed below it does not replace the %20 in the
directory name part of the svn:externals definition with a space when
the directory/path is created in the WC on checkout or update. Is it a
bug in the TortoiseSvn docs? I couldn't find anything about such a
feature in the Subversion book.

TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 6629 - 32 Bit -dev
Subversion 1.4.0, -dev
apr 0.9.12
apr-iconv 0.9.7
apr-utils 0.9.12
berkeley db 4.3.28
neon 0.25.5
OpenSSL 0.9.8a 11 Oct 2005
zlib 1.2.3

/Johan
