I just did that on http://tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/downloads (See section
release candidates near the end).
Currently there are no pdbs available on mapcar.org and the latest stable
nightly is behind the 1.3.5 release.
For the future it should be sufficient for Stefan^1 to manually trigger the
1.3.x build and to post an announcement to dev@ and users@ that a new win32
RC is available. If Stefan^2 can do the same for x64 builds, everyone could
be happy.
