Feature Request: WebDav/WebFolder syncronization with no revision control

Hi

Tortoisesvn is truely cool. But it could be 0 Kelvin cool if it could connect
to WebDav/WebFolders with no revision control.

Background:
I maintain a website. The website do not have ftp access - only
webdav/webfolder access (no revision control).

Wishlist:
I am missing a tool like Tortoisesvn to syncronize a local copy of the
php/html with the website. I am missing the update/commit... like
functionallity supplied by Tortoisesvn.

Idea:
My dream tool is a subset of the functionality as supplied by Tortoisesvn.
You may now think - "Why use Tortoisesvn if the website does not have
revision control"!
As I see it - the site indirectly has revision's. The files timestamp is the
revision ID and the site always contains 1. revision - the head revision.

If Tortoisesvn had this function - I only needed one tool (Tortoisesvn) to
access files on the internet.

Regards
Karsten Rasmussen
