Could you place a readme.txt file in the
http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/1.3.x/ directory:

The snapshots in this directory are *not* build nightly!
Instead they are triggered manually when a change has been committed to the
branch. There are very, very few changes on that branch happening, and
uploading every night the same binaries just eats up bandwidth.

The file names in the http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/1.3.x/ directory
currently contain variables which are not expanded, e.g.:
LanguagePack-1.3.4.6736$DEVRELEASE$-$PLATFORM$-bg.exe
The win32 und x64 1.4.x build has the variables expanded correctly.
