New line diff algorithm...

I know too many options is a bad thing, but I'd like to
ask for several anyway :-)

1. I find the vertical insertion/deletion marks are just
too much clutter in the display. Would you consider
    making them optional?

2. With the addition of the line-diff colorization, I think
we need a color option for 'changed', which is any line that
    has line-diffs displayed.

Personally, I'd make the default a very light off-white-- but
white would be okay too (which would mean that the only
colorization displayed would be the line-diff colorization.)

3. I'd like to be able to change the color of the text instead
of the back-ground. I'm not sure where the option would
go in the UI (I'm pretty sure the little pop-up color picker
is a standard windows UI element that we can't modify?)

I personally find it easier to read text that is different
colors than the text with the different back-ground colors.

And while I'm begging features from you :-) [Oh great master
of code], when one side is empty, would it be possible for
the the line diff bar to display just the one line (with the
other line blank) ?

Thanks. I think the new line diff is a great new feature.

Joseph
