[TSVN] Checkout to non existent folder appends repopath.

TSVN 1.4.0 build 6666 on Win2k

I'm trying to checkout a WC of the whole project:-
so I have a WC containing the the entire structure locally.

Trunk
Branches
Externals

I nominate a new folder name and receive the message folder does not
exist, do you want to create it, -or- words to that effect.
Yes
But the result now contains the svn repo name as well.
eg
E:\NewWCFolder\SVNRepoName\Trunk
                                                       \Branches
                                                       \Externals

Which is clearly not expected. Is this a recent change in behavior?

Peter
