Adding x64 to nightly build scripts

Hi @dev,

the x64 port seems to be complete, now and there
is no functional delta anymore to the 32 bit version.
That is, all packages, including CrashRpt and language
packs, build and work properly on /trunk.

Moreover, you may cross-compile the 64 bit packages
on your 32 bit box. All you need is VC8 Professional.
Details have been added to the build.txt file.

Hence my question: could someone add the 64 bit
packages to the nightly build scripts? IMHO, once we
had them up & running, we are ready to release 1.4.0
on both platforms -- with virtually no extra handling
effort.

Of course, I will continue to use, test and maintain
the port as well as to provide the packages for the
1.3.x line.
