help coding

Hi,

There are now two tools part of TortoiseSVN that don't require MFC/ATL
or any other libs that aren't free available. Those tools are
TortoiseBlame, our viewer for blames - and TortoiseIDiff, a tool to
view two images side-by-side (or over each other) to compare them.
Something like TortoiseMerge for images.
Since those tools can be compiled without the need to have VS2005, you
can compile (and work on them) with the free VCExpress IDE from MS.

Get my hint? :)

Stefan
