Commit error when tmp directories do not exist

Hi

I've been using TortoiseSVN for quite a while, have just run into this
problem since my laptop has been rebuilt, having all the data on it
backed up, excluding any directory called 'tmp' or 'temp'.

When I commit changes it says "Error: Can't open
'C:\...\.svn\tmp\text-base\...svn-base.tmp': The system cannot find the
path specified."

Because of my data being backed up, the tmp and tmp\text-base
directories do not exist. If I create them the commit works without
errors.

What I would like is for TortoiseSVN to recreate tmp directories (and
child directories) when they do not exist, since going around the
directories manually creating them is very time consuming. There's
probably other directories which could be created if they don't exist
too.

Thanks
Duncan
