That is certainly clearer, and it's short and to the point.

As Stefan said, it's a lot more work to add custom buttons. Adding a
Help button would be good if it can be done within the existing dialog
(I don't know enough MFC) as it accesses the more detailed description
in the docs.

And if that can't be done then maybe the dialog text should tell the
user to refer to the docs for a more detailed description. I know that's
obvious but ...
