If you have to relocate within a repository, you have a fair chance
to do it right by using TSVN - TSVN lets you browse for the relocation
target thus you will have the spelling and the syntax right.

With the CLI you'll have to be in the right directory and type two
lengish case-sensitive URLs by hand. Good luck.
