I don't really mind them using the name (even though I think they should
at least add TFS or TF to it) and that logo. But I would mind having
them send their lawyers (after all, there's a company behind the
project) after us. Because even if we're definitely using the name/logo
longer than they do (at least in public), we couldn't afford a lawsuit
and would lose anyway.

This is why I suggested a polite communication informing them of how long
TSVN/TCVS have been using their respective names and logos.

You just might get an acknowledgement of their awareness of these facts from
the Turtle people.

This kind of acknowledgement could be worth Gold if there ever was a legal
case.
