The reason I'm a little concerned is that they don't call their product
"Turtle TFS" but only "Turtle". If you search with Google for
TortoiseSVN, you will find some pages were people refer to it as
"Tortise svn" or even "Turtle SVN" (I guess they don't like French :) ).
So, they using the term "Turtle" without an addition what version
control system their product is for there's a big chance of people
getting confused about which is which.
And I'm also concerned because even their product is open source, it's
still a big company behind it with (I guess) many lawyers. I'd like to
avoid having them force us to change our name.

And just to clear this up before someone asks about it: we asked the
guys from TortoiseCVS if it is ok for us to call our project
TortoiseSVN. Ok, Tim Kemp didn't ask them when he created this project,
but I did as soon as I joined (I hoped they would refuse - I wanted to
use a different name for our project :) )

People who will use that product: everyone using a different IDE than
VS2005. And with the new website, I guess that will be a *lot* of people
(you need TF to check out the sourcecode, and if you're only interested
in the source you don't want to install VS2005 just for that).
